In 2025, Menopause Mandate US moved from vision to action.

Our first Annual Report documents a pivotal year marked by the launch of the nation’s first free, dedicated Menopause Advice Line, the growth of a national community, and early evidence that accessible, evidence-based menopause support is not only needed but urgently used.

This report reflects what happens when women’s lived experiences are centered, medically accurate information is made accessible, and no one is turned away because of geography, income, or identity.

Why This Report Matters

Menopause affects more than 1.3 million women each year in the U.S., yet most enter this life stage unprepared and unsupported. Too often, women are left to navigate symptoms, work disruption, and healthcare gaps alone.

Menopause Mandate US was created to change that.

This Annual Report captures our first year of progress in launching services, reaching women nationwide, and proving demand for free, trusted menopause guidance delivered by qualified professionals.

The Menopause Advice Line: Why It Matters

The Advice Line is more than a service. It is a promise.

A promise that:

Evidence-based menopause information is free and accessible

Support is available to those historically overlooked by healthcare systems

Regardless of age, race, socio-economic status, etc., women are using the Advice Line as a first step toward clarity, confidence, and care.

Demand continues to grow and so must our capacity to meet it.
